State Arsenal accounts (rough) note supply receipt, stock, and issuances, and contain receipt or issue dates; whether federal or state property; materiel type and quantity received or issued (e.g., short 6-pounder rifled guns; 6- and 12-pounder caisson; 2-pounder Woodruff guns and carriages; German sabers; .58-caliber French rifled muskets; .69-caliber Prussian muskets); and supplier name or military unit, with commanding officer name receiving materiel.
